Services

For homes & families

Virus & malware cleanup

Slow, hijacked or acting strangely? I find the problem, remove it and lock things down so it stays fixed.

Accounts & scams

Password managers, two-step login, recovering hacked accounts, and checking suspicious emails, texts or calls.

Home Wi-Fi & smart devices

Router hardening, guest networks, and securing cameras and smart-home gear.

Backups for photos & files

Simple automatic backups so a dead laptop or ransomware never means losing family photos and documents.

Parental controls

Age-appropriate limits on kids' devices, apps and screen time, set up so they actually work.

Setup & everyday help

New computers, phones and printers set up securely, data moved over, and plain answers to "why does it do that?"

For small businesses

Security assessments

A structured review of your business against the CIS Critical Security Controls, with a written, prioritized list of fixes.

Microsoft 365 security

Multi-factor authentication, admin account lockdown, phishing protection, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your email domain.

Firewalls & networks

Firewall configuration and review, Wi-Fi, VPN and network segmentation so one infected device can't reach everything.

Computers & patching

Device setup, antivirus and endpoint protection, and keeping Windows and apps updated before attackers find the gaps.

Backup & recovery

Backups that are tested, not just turned on, so ransomware or a dead server is an inconvenience instead of a disaster.

Ongoing IT support

A local person to call when something breaks, plus regular check-ins to keep your security from drifting.

About

Noel Furtado, IT & Security Consultant

I was born and raised on the Space Coast, and I started Security Solutions of Space Coast for a simple reason: to help people and make their lives better. Technology should make life easier, not more stressful or more dangerous.

By day I work in network security at a local managed IT provider, protecting businesses from real attacks: responding to hacked email accounts, locking down Microsoft 365 and managing firewalls. I bring that same experience to homes and small businesses here, explained in plain English.

I hold CompTIA CySA+, Network+ and A+ certifications. I earned my associate degree in Network Systems at Eastern Florida State College and am working toward my bachelor's in Cyber Security there.

My promise: honest advice, no scare tactics, and I'll never sell you something you don't need.

FAQ

Common questions

What areas do you serve?

I come to you anywhere in Brevard County, Florida. Remote support is available too, so many problems can be fixed without a visit.

What happens during the free security checkup?

We start with a short conversation about your computers, accounts, network and anything that worries you. I review the essentials, like logins, email security, updates, backups and your router or firewall, and you get a written list of fixes, most urgent first, in plain English.

How much do your services cost?

Every situation is different, so I give you a clear quote before any work starts. The first security checkup is free.

Do you work with businesses or just homes?

Both. I help families with everyday tech and security, and small businesses with Microsoft 365, firewalls, backups and security assessments.

Will you ever ask for my passwords?

Never by email, text or an unexpected phone call. If someone claiming to be me asks for a password that way, it isn't me. Call me at (321) 345-6040 to check.

Contact
